* Your website will cost either £200 (inclusive of domain name & hosting) These prices include site management, maintenance and search engine optimisation for your first year. With the domain & hosting you will also receive website statistics and email on your domain name.
* Please check out some of the other sites I have made on my Portfolio page, this shows the websites I have designed and will give you some idea of the kind of information required for the content of your website.
* I do not require a deposit unless purchasing a domain name then £20 will be required to secure your domain. Once you have viewed your site at a temporary location and are happy with everything - I will send you an invoice for the total amount. Once this has been paid I will upload your website to your own domain name for all to view.
* Paying the £200 - You receive your co.uk or .com domain name for two years and hosting on this domain for one year.
There are no other charges for your first year.
* All that is required is your wording and photographs (photographs can be arranged to be taken by Hart photography) This can be done either via email, CD or post - or a combination of all three.
If a CD or photos are sent in post - I will scan them & return them back to you. Once I have made your site, I will upload your web site to a temporary location for you to inspect. We will then go over any changes or modifications that your site needs.
* You can have any co.uk or .com domain you wish, as long as it is not taken already. Give me one or two suggestions & I will check the availability.
* Once I receive all your information - a Website will usually take about 2 weeks depending on size and complexity.
* At no extra cost, I will maintain your site throughout the year - making any changes or additions your require, as I work 24/7 I aim to make any changes or additions straight away - even over weekends or late evening. I also optimise and update each page of your site for the search engines on a regular basis, this is done in the coding of your pages so won't show up on the actual page, however the search engines will know all the pages are updated regularly and not static.
* Copyright - Please use your own photos for your website, do not download photos from other existing websites to use on your site.
